AV for Events
IMATS AVTS provides a wide range of audiovisual resources to support your event needs, from fully supported large scale events to simple audiovisual equipment requests.
In addition to on-campus events, IMATS AVTS can also host and support virtual events in the form of videoconference meetings or webinars.
Both on-campus and virtual event AV support and resource requests should be made three weeks prior to the event and should be requested through Events Management. When requesting a space on their form, indicate your audiovisual needs by selecting the individual resources or AV package that best suits your event.
