CourseWorks (Canvas) Help
CourseWorks (Canvas) [courseworks.columbia.edu] is Columbia University's learning management system that offers a variety of tools and features in support of teaching, learning and collaboration. IMATS can help you use Canvas to enhance your course.

We’re offering virtual faculty clinic hours the first week of courses, where faculty can drop-in to ask questions about academic technologies such as CourseWorks (Canvas). Here are the dates and times:
- Tuesday, Sept. 7: 2pm to 3pm (join link for Tuesday clinic hours)
- Wednesday, Sept. 8: 10am to 1am (join link for Wednesday clinic hours)
- Thursday, Sept. 9: 2pm to 3pm (join link for Thursday clinic hours)
- Friday, Sept. 10: 10am to 11am (join link for Friday clinic hours)

If you need access to CourseWorks and don't have a UNI, or you would like to add someone to your CourseWorks site who does not have a UNI (such as an alum auditing the course or a guest instructor), please fill out our Guest Access Request Form. Once it has been submitted, we'll add them to the class, or reach out if we need more information,
